Genoa Flats is located just at the south end of Carson Street in old Downtown Carson City. A variety of studios tucked back away from the hustle and bustle of every day traffic allow for a tranquil experience with common areas to sit and enjoy the scenery.
These common areas will be updated spring of 2022 and we’re excited! The mature trees give Genoa Flats a feeling of peace and privacy during the summer months while opening up mountain views in the winter months. Efficiency studios, courtyard studios, downstairs or upstairs you’ll feel some peace of mind once you claim your stake here at Genoa Flats!
All utilities included, fridge, microwave and for those that are newly renovated a 50 inch flat screen TV mounted on the wall so you can enjoy your favorite shows. Come and take a peek at all the restaurants and shops nearby and within walking distance.
