RYLEXA PROPERTIES MISSION

Our mission is to provide comfortable and affordable housing options to individuals that are driven in life and making positive choices.

Our initiative in the rental industry is inspired by men and women that believe in treating others as they themselves would like to be treated. We pride ourselves on taking care of people on an individual basis and doing the best we can to satisfy the demand for Individual housing needs as well as their tenancy while with us.

ABOUT RYLEXA

Rylexa Properties, established in 2012 has over 400 units among 11 residential properties, two commercial properties and one RV/Mobile home community located in various parts of the Northern Nevada area.

About half of Rylexa’s residential inventory is dedicated off-campus student housing for those attending Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) or University of Nevada, Reno (UNR). The majority of these residential properties being one mile or less to the University of Nevada Reno’s campus and others within a 2 mile vicinity.
